Most other places use peppers and cheese while Parrandos has squash and zucchini. It was great having Mexican food that wasnt covered in sauces. Their dishes are clean and presentable and even better not in a puddle of sauce. Tamale Cakes are so delicious! A must try for sure. Vegetarians should be aware, not all staff is on the same page on their vegetarian sides. The refriens bean are not vegetarian and neither is the Mexican rice but the black beans and white rice are. Definitely visit this small business located at Cupcake Heavens old location in Haymarket. ”

The salsa is a great trailer to your meal because you expected to have a lot of spice, but its incredibly smooth and easy on your stomach if you cant handle spices. They absolutely deserve more recognition. You will not be disappointed with this restaurant. It is well worth the money, the wait for the food, and the visit. ”
